Help and Support Policy


 

Our Support staff of ‘AllRounder Themes’ will be more than happy to provide you with an excellent theme support. You can also find lots of helpful information in our support center and in case, you need additional assistance, our support staff will be happy to answer your all queries within 24 hours, or even usually within a few minutes.

Please note that theme support is only provided to verify customers who have purchased WordPress themes from ‘AllRounder Themess’.

 

Support Hours:

We do our best to answer all your questions within 24 hours, but this is not always possible due to different issues (maybe because of different time zones or sometimes it may take a longer time to get back to more technical queries). Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours on Sunday to Thursday and up to 48 hours on weekends i.e., on Friday and Saturday. We usually answer your support requests during our business hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 8 pm CET/CEST.

 

 

What Our Support Covers:

 

We will help you with any issues related to the setup, use of theme, and configuration.

However, we only offer support for the theme that we have developed. We are more than happy to assist you with theme installation, set-up, and making our theme work as we promised.

If you discovered any defects or bugs in the theme/plugin, we will fix it as quickly as possible.

We test our products multiple times before making them available for our users, but we are human beings and we make mistakes. So, if you find any issues in our products, please report them to us. We will fix them as quickly as possible and include them in our future updates.

If you ask help that is not within our scope, like how to use default WordPress functionality itself then we would redirect you to support forums instead.

 

 

What Our Support Doesn’t Cover:

 

We are unable to provide support for third-party themes, plugins or scripts. If you are having any issues with a third-party themes, then you should contact the product author for the support.

 

We also do not provide support for customizations. If you have made changes to the theme, we will be limited to support the theme that was not modified and cannot advise up

 

We are unable to provide support for customizations. If you need specific customizations to theme, then it will not be covered under our support policy. You will need to hire our customization service for any of your complex customization jobs.

 

We also do not provide support for older versions of our products. It is highly recommended that you always use the latest version of our products, as well as of WordPress.

 

 

 

 

 

Customization:

Our support doesn’t include customization or custom development. We don’t offer customization services for themes developed by other developers.
